I, the artist, won't provide my services to any person under the age of 18. By contracting my services, you agree that you are 18 or older.*

*If the person buying my services is under 18 and lying about their age to commission me, it will NOT be my responsibility to attend or assist any kind of problem caused by such action.

The services I provide CAN ONLY BE OF PERSONAL USE, meaning that they can't be used for things such as advertisement, merch, etc.

I have all the right to refuse a commission, and I hold no obligation to give the reasons behind it to the client or anyone.

If the client is disrespectful or derogatory towards me, I have all the right to block them.

* In such cases, I will be returning the client's money in case I haven't sent the first WIP to them.

There will be no refunds once the full piece has been sent.

All the personal information that I may be trusted from any client will remain safe and private, expecting my own personal information to be treated with such care equally.

The commissioner has all the right to ask for me not to post their commission, as well as the right to remain anonymous if I have the permission to post it.

I must be sent the 100% of the total price to start with the commission.*

* There will only be exception to this rule when the total price of the commission is higher than 50$. If that's the case, you can send half of the money so I start working on your commission, and you must pay the other half before I can start with the base colors.

I will not answer DMs for any other purposes than commissions unless we're mutuals. Please preferably fill the google forms you can find by clicking on the "Commission" button on the main page of this site.*

*In case you choose to DM, please clarify that it is for commissioning me and provide some details if possible. Otherwise I will not be answering.

Payments are strictly via Ko-Fi. I'll send the link to it once the price to your commission is settled.

The client has right to check on the process of the piece from time to time. They can ask for updates on the commission whenever!

I don't usually work with deadlines, but it can be negotiated.

Usually it doesn't take more than two days for me to deliver the first WIP, but in case it may take more time, I always make sure to notify the commissioner about it.
